St Kieran’s College has been offering education since 1782. Long established as the diocesan seminary it was home to many men as they prepared for ordination and service to the church in various parts of the world. In spite of the fact seminary formation was suspended here in 2001 the College remains at the heart of the diocese for its people and clergy. Priests conferences; retreats and now days of reflection are at the heart of how the College serves the diocese.
As always, we will celebrate our feast day on March 5th. This year will be an unusual celebration in that, because of the pandemic, we will be unable to gather together as a community to celebrate mass and enjoy activities.
