Birchfield is our newest development at Kilkenny located in the picturesque grounds of St Kieran’s College, Kilkenny. Birchfield accommodates resident students offering individual bedroom accommodation with the option of ensuite or shared bathroom facilities, fully fitted shared kitchen/living room and a comfortable lounge area.

Individual Accommodation Ensuite or Non-Ensuite with Shared Living Areas:
This accommodation offers individual bedrooms, either ensuite or non-ensuite, with shared fully fitted kitchens, living areas and bathroom facilities.
- Individual large study bedrooms with the option of ensuite or shared bathrooms facilities, shared fully fitted kitchens and living rooms and a comfortable lounge area
- Heating
- Television in communal space
- High speed internet connection (wired)
- Weekly refuse collection point
- Shared Washing Machine Facilities
- Cleaning Inspection
- Regular security patrols at night

To proceed with your booking, either download the Application/Booking Form and return it by post with your Deposit or fill in the Application/Booking Form online selecting your intended accommodation and your form of payment and submit this online.
