Student Accommodation Booking & Payments

Booking Deposit must be paid with Application Booking Form to secure accommodation but this is not a guarantee of accommodation. Utilities/Damage Deposit must be paid with first installment of Accommodation Fees.

DATES OF RESIDENCY
From Sunday 17th September 2017 to Saturday 12th May 2018.

BREAKDOWN OF PAYMENTS

Booking Deposit Payment of €500.00 must be sent with your Application Booking Form, either online or by post, to secure accommodation, but this is not a guarantee of accommodation. If sending by post you must inform the Accommodation Office.

Utilities/Damages Deposit Payment of €800.00 must be paid by 1st September with first payment of Accommodation Fee. If payment preference is with payments in two instalments, the Utilities/Damage Deposit must be paid in full with Payment Instalment I of either option.

Option 1 Accommodation Fee (Ensuite) Balance of Full Payment €3,300.00 to be paid by 1st September 2017.

Option 2 Accommodation Fee (Ensuite) Balance of Instalment I Payment €1,650.00 to be paid by 1st September 2017.

Option 3 Accommodation Fee (Ensuite) Balance of Instalment II Payment €1,650.00 to be paid by 1st January 2018.

Option 4 Accommodation Fee Balance of Full Payment €2,800.00 to be paid by 1st September 2017.

Option 5 Accommodation Fee Balance of Instalment I Payment €1,400.00 to be paid by 1st September 2017.

Option 6 Accommodation Fee Balance of Instalment II Payment €1,400.00 to be paid by 1st January 2018.

PAYMENT BY CHEQUE
Deposits and Accommodation Payments Options apply to cheque payments also. Cheques must be made payable to Accommodation at St Kieran’s College and sent to: Accommodation Administrator, Accommodation at St Kieran’s College, St Kieran’s College, Kilkenny. When cheque payment is received acknowledgment of payment will be issued by email or post.
